ROLLON are a unique perfume delivery system that allows you to apply scents with extreme precision to your pulse points.
They are more accurate than sprays, but you won’t be able to get quite as much diffusion, this means that a scent applied with a rollon will tend to have less sillage but will typically last longer than one sprayed on.
Another advantage of ROLLON is that you are able to apply it discreetly without affecting your neighbors, so it is perfect for reapplication of scents in an office atmosphere.
DIRECTION TO APPLY ROLLON PERFUME
Using a rollon perfume is easier than a sprayer in some ways as the delivery system is much more precise with a slower rate of flow. One disadvantage of using a rolleron is that it isn’t the best on clothes, so when using one I like to focus on 6 pulse points that are normally exposed. You can apply to one or all of them depending on your needs.
Temples: This is a great place to apply a stress relief style rollon with peppermint, eucalyptus, or lavender. Apply to temples and feel the stress melt away.
Behind Ears/Neck: Behind the ears is the best place to create some sense of sillage if you’re constantly on the move. You’ll be able to create a small wake with your scent.
Collar Bones: My favorite spot for a date night, you’ll be able to bring someone closer with that alluring scent.
Elbows: A great pulse point for work if you have to wash your hands, or you find you’re getting too much sillage with your wrist.
Wrists: One of the classics, your arms are constantly moving which creates a sense of movement in your fragrance.
Behind Knees: Not used very often, but I’m fond of it as the scent isn’t immediately attributable to you. A very muted and understated application.
Once you’ve decided on which pulse point to use, application is simple.
Just remove the cap, invert the bottle, and rub it gently back and forth on your skin. Ensure that the liquid inside the bottle is contacting the inside of the rollon
